I know, I know, its April and nobody will prob get on here for another few months, but just ammuse me. Here are what you have all been waiting for . . . (drumroll starts slow then gets faster) My top ten fantasy rankings (fireworks, doves fly, champagne is flowing, everybody is kissing, parents are waking up there kids, there is peace in the middle east, osama apologizes, north korea dismantles there nukes, the jews and muslims are exchanging gifts, thats enough)
given it is april, i just wanted to do this for me becase i suck at fantasy baseball.
Top 10 QB'S
1. Drew Brees - the guy is a man, nobody works harder and the saints threw the ball 636 times last year, thats 39.75 times again. alot of opportunity for 400+ yards.
2. Tom Brady - if his knee heals and holds up, come on its tom brady and he has randy
3. Peyton Manning - he was a let down this year but who else would you but third? maybe . . .
4. Kurt Warner - No way he does what he did last year, but if he has fitzgerald and boldin you know what they can do.
5. Tony Romo - Just me personally, I think T.O leaving will help him. Very good running game doesn't hurt either.
6. Philip Rivers - Solid running game, solid wr's, great te. just think he will be solid again.
7. Aaron Rodgers - Less talk about favre, more comfortable, was pretty dang good last year. i predict 4 really good fantasy games (28+), 2 really bad fantasy games(13 -) , 10 (13-28)
8. Matt Ryan - sophomore slump? i don't think so, not with his brains, and turner in the backfield. teams are going to have to play the run.
9. Donavan McNabb - yall all know he is hit or miss from week to week
10. Jay Cutler - he isn't going to throw the ball half as much as he did with denver. chicago is in every game because of defense, and isn't going to have to catch up to teams like denver did.
Top 10 RB's
1. A.P. - Vikings need a real QB if A.P is really going to be the best FF running back, but as john knows he is capable of breaking a 50 yarder everyplay.
2. Micheal Turner - dude is a man, and i read that this is his 5th year in the leauge and A.P already has more carries than turner. the man is ready to get the ball. Plus teams are going to have to think ryan can burn them if they just play the run.
3. Matt Forte - having a good qb in front of him is going to cause him to be even better.
4. Brian Westbrook - when healthy he gets as many recieving yards as rushing yards
5. Chris Johnson - i think he will be great this year, ran about 15 times a game last year, had over 1200 yards. averaged 17 yards a game recieving, would be nice to get that up a little.
6. Maurice Jones Drew - no more fred taylor, its going to be all mjd for the jags
7. Clinton Portis - last year he was unstopple against the likes of seattle, new orleans, st.louis; but he couldn't do a thing against baltimore, giants, pitt.
8. Steven Jackson - when healthy can give you 100 yards running 50 recieving easily.
9. DeAngelo Williams - 69, 56, 21, 27, 41, 56, 30, 30, 31 those were his long runs in his last 9 games last year. That is RIDICULOUS. Just hope jonathan stewart doesn't take to many td's from him.
10. Brandon Jacobs - Touchdown machine. Now that ward is gone maybe he will get a few more carries.
Top 10 WR's
1. Larry Fitzgerald - nobody should be that good
2. Randy Moss - if golden boy is healthy
3. Calvin Johnson - would be as good as larry f. if someone could throw it to him, very well could be #1 reciever this year
4. Steve Smith - i hate this guy
5. Andre Johnson - led leauge in yards, 9th in td's with 8, teamate walter also had 8
6. Roddy White - go to guy for ryan
7. T.O - i don't know i just think he will do great given only a one year contract
8. Marques Colston - Keep healthy and he will get alot of balls thrown at him
9. Reggie Wayne - You got peyton throwing to you + your the number 1 reciever = your going to be good
10. Greg Jennings - had almost 1300 yards and 9 T.D's; plus more comfortable with aaron.

Some Fantasy Football Insights
First off I just have to give out some "good jobs" and maybe a "nice pick" or two just to get things going:
Nice Pick #1 goes to (drumroll) . . . Brian Hawkins for his exceptional pick of Plaxico Burress. Not only did you select a hard working, healthy player; but you also selected one hell of a model American, and someone that I want my future children to look up too. Nice pick Hawkins.
Another thing, yes Chris, Tom Brady did go down in the first few seconds of the season, but I really expected you to bounce back. I am very disapointed in you Christopher even though you did manage to steal Turner in a later round. However, you should have listened you your gut with Jamal Lewis. Very disappointing Chris.
I must, however, offer high praise to one Zach Yelton. How he does it, none of us will ever know, but you have to give the man some credit. I sometimes think I am dreaming when I get online Tuesday morning only to find out that Zach has been gotten on at 6:00AM picking up that TE he needs. When you traded Willie Parker and Randy Moss for Larry Fitzgerald and Frank Gore there was not one among us who did not think you were an idiot. On behalf of all of us Zach, I apologize. Frank and Larry so far have put up 320 points for you, while Willie and Randy have put up 204 for Brink. Nice trade Zach . . . sorry Brink. Although I still do not know what you were thinking when you offered me Thomas Jones and Ravens D in return for Antonio Gates and Pitt's D. Oh well, I will take it.
Then we come to the lowest winning percentage fantasy player over the past 3 seasons . . . John Harris . . . sorry man. John yes you got screwed with Tony Romo hurting his pinkie nail. You really do have decent starters, but John your bench is horrible. Plus we all thought you learned your lesson about drafting rookie running backs. At least you didn't take him first round like . . . . well we won't re-live that tragedy. My prediction for next year . . . John will almost make the playoffs.
